Why does my zappi, eddi or libbi say 'Grid CT Lost'?
Short answer
'Grid CT Lost' means the device has lost its reading of power at your meter, usually because the wireless harvi dropped out. Charging or diverting pauses until the link returns. Check the harvi light is flashing green; moving the harvi, changing radio channel or fitting a better antenna are installer fixes. Checked 24 September 2026.
