My zappi or eddi says 'Bad Voltage Range' on sunny days - why?
Short answer
myenergi devices warn when supply voltage leaves the allowed range; myenergi uses 253 V as the upper limit. On sunny days solar export can raise voltage at your property. Note the minimum and maximum readings in Menu > Readings > Page 2 and, if they are outside range, contact your Distribution Network Operator. Checked 24 September 2026.
