What do the yellow and red lights on a Zendure SolarFlow Hyper 2000 mean?

Short answer

On the Zendure Hyper 2000, yellow lights mean something is disconnected: left solid, low battery and not charging; left blinking, battery not connected; right blinking, grid not connected.
