What it means
The manual says: BMS connection lost.

- Charger configured for BMS control but no BMS messages received; charger drops to battery base voltage.

What you can check
- Read the alarm/error number in the VRM portal or app, or on the GX touch/remote console, and note the time. Check the AC breakers feeding the system are ON. Victron's error pages say diagnosis is for trained professionals - pass the code and a VRM screenshot to your installer.
What the engineer will check
- Check connection between charger/GX and BMS; reconfigure to standalone if BMS removed.
