What does SolaX IE 13 Isolation Fault mean?
Short answer
IE 13 on an X1-Hybrid G4, or IE:00020 IsoFault on an X1-Mini or Boost G4, means the inverter has measured low insulation between the solar wiring and earth. Damaged cable insulation or damp can cause it. It can clear as things dry out. If it keeps returning, a PV installer must insulation-test the strings.
