Can I get free solar panels through ECO4?
Short answer
Possibly, but only until 31 December 2026 and only if your home is heated by a heat pump, high heat retention storage heaters or qualifying electric heating, or gets one in the same project. You must be eligible through benefits or local flexible eligibility, and the solar must be MCS-installed. ECO4 caps total solar at 10 kWp.
