What does 'Utility Loss' mean on my GoodWe inverter?

Short answer

GoodWe 'Utility Loss' means the inverter can't detect the grid: a power cut, a tripped AC breaker or loose AC connection. It clears automatically when the grid returns. Check for a power cut and that the inverter's breaker is on; GoodWe also suggests switching the AC breaker off and on after five minutes. Persistent cases need your installer.
