My GoodWe inverter's FAULT light is on - how do I read the error?
Short answer
On GoodWe ET, ET Plus+ and BT inverters, a steady FAULT LED means a fault has occurred; a FAULT LED blinking once means the backup output is overloaded, so reduce the load. Read the alarm and error code in the SEMS Portal app (or ask your installer to use SolarGo), note it, and contact your installer if it persists.
