What does the ALM light on my Growatt ARK battery mean?
Short answer
A flickering ALM light on a Growatt ARK XH battery means a protection state: the cell voltage is too low or too high, the temperature is out of range, or communication is lost. These usually clear themselves. A steady light means a fault such as a short circuit or a BMS failure. Stop using the battery and call the installer.
