GivEnergy is in administration - who fixes my error code now?
Short answer
GivEnergy Ltd entered administration on 9 April 2026 and has stopped trading. It no longer honours hardware warranties. GivEnergy Software Ltd, which runs the app and portal, was not included, so monitoring still works. Take error codes to your installer, who may have its own workmanship warranty or insurance-backed guarantee.

What does this mean?
