Where do I see my AlphaESS fault code?
Short answer
Open the AlphaCloud app or web portal: the system page shows the current fault code and history. The inverter's SYS LED turns red on a fault and battery LEDs show a numeric pattern. SMILE-B3-PLUS manuals use named warnings such as 'Grid abnormal' or 'Battery absent' instead of numbers. Checked 24 September 2026.
