Where do I find error codes for my Duracell Energy battery?
Short answer
Duracell Energy does not publish a public error-code list. Alarms appear in the Duracell Energy app logs and on the Dura-i monitoring platform, and the FAQ says to follow the inverter user manual. Note the alarm and time, check the AC isolator and consumer-unit breaker, and contact your installer or Duracell Energy (Puredrive). Checked 24 September 2026.

What does this mean?
Products are made under licence and warranty-supported by Puredrive Energy Ltd, Gloucestershire Dura-i needs both an AC and a DC source to power on Dura-i only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (FAQ title)
What should I do first?
Record the code and current battery state before changing settings. Follow only the owner-safe reset steps in the manual.
When do I need an engineer?
Use an installer or manufacturer support route if the fault returns, involves isolation or protection, or the manual does not give an owner reset.
What to do next
If the system is hot, smoking, damaged or making unusual electrical noises, move away from it and follow the manufacturer emergency guidance.
