What do libbi codes like 'Code 101', 'Code 211 / F10' or 'Code 58' mean?
Short answer
myenergi's Help Centre (updated 19 November 2025) splits libbi codes into three kinds. Status codes 51–56 and 101–102 are information only: limits reached, battery empty or battery full. 'Action Required' codes include 201–219 (F00–F18); many say reboot the libbi, and some restart on their own. Codes marked 'INSTALLER ONLY', such as 58 (generation CT reversed), need your installer.

What does this mean?
Codes 184–187 are controller voltage or frequency alarms. Ask your installer or network operator to check the supply voltage. Code 217 / F16 (charge overcurrent) and Code 218 / F17 (current sensor fault) need your installer or myenergi support.
What should I do first?
Record the code and current battery state before changing settings. Follow only the owner-safe reset steps in the manual.
When do I need an engineer?
Use an installer or manufacturer support route if the fault returns, involves isolation or protection, or the manual does not give an owner reset.
What to do next
If the system is hot, smoking, damaged or making unusual electrical noises, move away from it and follow the manufacturer emergency guidance.
